Our Delivery Services

From our dedicated London van fleet to nationwide courier networks, find everything you need to know about our delivery options, cut-off times, and free shipping thresholds below.

Delivery in London

We operate our own fleet of delivery vans, which complete multiple drops throughout London all day long. We are also able to arrange delivery via a courier company if you require urgent delivery.

Delivery outside London

We use DPD for our deliveries. On the morning of your delivery, they’ll send a text or email with a specific one-hour time slot. Won’t be in? No problem;just click the link in their message to easily reschedule, change the delivery to a local pickup shop, or set up a collection at the DPD depot (just remember to bring a photo ID).

aM deliveries

DPD delivery services are available before 10:30 am and before 12:30 pm for an added charge. Please call customer service if you require an AM delivery.

orders over the weekend

Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) are processed on Monday for next-day delivery on Tuesday.

uK offshore

Offshore UK delivery addresses and Eire are delivered on a standard 2 working day service.

Free Delivery Over £300

Spend £300 or more to automatically qualify for free delivery at checkout (applies to standard UK mainland deliveries).
