Anti-Slavery Policy

Our Commitment

We are committed to:

  • Complying with all applicable UK legislation, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
  • Acting with honesty, fairness and integrity in all business relationships.
  • Promoting ethical business practices throughout our supply chain.
  • Working only with reputable manufacturers, distributors and suppliers who share our commitment to responsible business practices.
  • Taking appropriate action should we become aware of any form of modern slavery or human rights abuse.

Supply Chain

As a reseller and distributor of branded technology products, our supply chain primarily comprises established international manufacturers, authorised distributors, and logistics providers.

While we recognise that modern slavery risks can exist within global supply chains, we seek to minimise these risks by:

  • Purchasing products from recognised manufacturers and authorised distributors.
  • Maintaining long-standing relationships with trusted suppliers.
  • Expecting suppliers to comply with applicable employment, labour and human rights legislation.
  • Reviewing supplier relationships where concerns regarding unethical practices are identified.

Due Diligence

Where appropriate, we seek reassurance that our suppliers:

  • Operate lawful and ethical employment practices.
  • Prohibit forced, bonded or compulsory labour.
  • Do not employ child labour in violation of applicable laws.
  • Provide safe and fair working conditions.
  • Comply with relevant health, safety and employment legislation.

If concerns arise regarding a supplier’s practices, we reserve the right to investigate further and, where necessary, reconsider our business relationship.
